All the orders are delivered by Australia Post.
The Postage Services available are:
1) Australia Post Parcel (Upto 7 business days, Regular Post - No Insurance). This is the only service offered by our FREE SHIPPING promotions and Specials.
2) Express Post (NextDay Delivery in Metro Cities during business day, $50 Insurance).
3) Express Post Platinum Service (Nextday MIDDAY Delivery in Metro Cities).
4) Registered Post (upto 7 business days delivery, $100 insurance)
5) Our New Zealand Customers have EMS service available for them.
We offer a very low flat postage rate of $5.99 for orders less than $50. For orders over $50, there will be an additional $2.50 added for a Registered/Insured Postage.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
JJBYPC AUSTRALIA will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Registered parcels may be left at your local post office..
Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
